Royal Belum

Just arrive :) after about 8 hrs in the bus finally....Jeti Awam Banding.
From here to our camp site is about 30mins with high speed boat or 45-60mins with boathouse.
In front of "fully furnished" boathouse :)

Royal Belum... June 8-10, 2007

Located at Hulu Perak, Temenggor Dam, Banding Lake.

although this trip were already out of date...but i still want to write something about this trip.

-royal belum valley-memorable and intresting one....i give 8 out of 10 :)

the people we brings together, the beauty of the lake itself, the forest itself, the scenery, the waterfall, the native, the foods, Ikan Tasik En Hasnul, the bamboo structure which is exactly on the water-where i sleep..........and of course i will always remember everything there :) :) :)

In the boat...luckily we no not need to be inside the boat house. the organizer brings us to one of the Kolam Ikan Air Tawar there..that new experience for me :)

Preparing our first lunch in the jungle-everything is limited.

Our special menu is Kerabu Mangga-mangga which is imported from Thailand :)

Azrulazmie with his can opener...do you think he know how to use that tool???? i'm really...really curious about that.

Boathouse-on the way to native settlement. It tooks about 3 hours from our camp site.

The whole day we were inside the boathouse. this is fully furnished one-so everything can be done here.
Toilet???-no problem-
Cooking stove???-also no problem-

thanks to our chef and groups. for preparing a delicous lunch for us.. :)

I love night walk.... I dont have head lamp....I need to have one for Ledang's Trip :) The natives presented us Tarian Sewang but of course this is not free-we need to pay RM250.00....in return we got free "Topi Daun Kelapa " hehheheh... and i asked Rejitha to throw it into the lake and make a wish...hehhehe may all our wishes come true :) hehehhe

Almost every evening we will have a lot of fun in the water...
First day-not confident enough although with life jacket.
and the best thing is ..... after quite sometimes I can swim faster that Azrul...hehhehe...but of course with life jacket... :) :)
the water was so coolll...

Our last activity..jungle tracking...hehehe.. this is the shortest traking i ever have...

Everybody very tired, thirsty and hungry....jagung + carrot..
